Use A4 or US Letter label sheets. Print at 100% scale. Test on plain paper first.
Use 4×6 or custom thermal layouts. Match the PDF size to the label roll size.

Spreadsheets
Use CSV or Excel upload when you already have product data in a spreadsheet. For Google Sheets, copy rows directly into the paste box or export the sheet as CSV and upload it.

Spreadsheet parsing, barcode rendering, and PDF generation run in your browser. Raw barcode values, SKU values, product names, or pricing data are not sent to analytics, logs, or server-side processing.
This tool creates barcode label images and printable PDFs from values you provide. It does not issue, register, license, or verify official UPC, EAN, GTIN, or GS1 numbers. For official retail product identifiers, get your numbers from GS1 or your local GS1 member organization.
